transfer contract? How do I transfer my account at the same address to another person?

I have NowTV broadband installed in my flat. I am moving out and the new tenant would like to keep the broadband. Can I transfer the account and payment details to the new person?

Alas, that’s not possible. It has to be a cease and reprovide, I’m afraid.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
