switch name on account

Hi,

we are currently in a rented property and have Now broadband. Our friend is moving in to this flat and we were wondering if we could change the name on the account and payment details so that our friend can take it over without the faff of cancelling everything and having to start again.

We are on the monthly pay as you go option.

Any advice will be gratefully received.

My guess is that it should be possible, try jumping on live chat and ask the question. Just make sure you click “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
