received a £1 per month auto-applied offer for 6 months but it has not been applied to account

I received a £1 per month offer for 6months via email, telling me it would be auto-applied  but it has not been applied to my membership account, there is no voucher as it says it would be automatically applied. 

This option is not available in my membership section either

please fix this
