keeps sending me to shop to buy a membership when I already have one

I've tried to setup now on my new pc so I can watch sky sports but every time i try and watch a sky sports show it takes me to the shop and tries to make me buy another membership which has nothing to do with the sports channels. I pay for sky sports and I have the boost option.

You need to make sure your logged in (sounds daft but does happen) with the account you have with sports.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Mine’s worse, it offers me ‘Upgrade to Entertainment’, when I’ve already got that.

You need to press ‘Start Streaming’, ignoring the other option,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
