hey
I have been charged 21.00GBP a month to my bank for the last few months by NOW TV sports but no record of this on my NOW TV account. and whenever i try to access sports packages i get asked to subscribe or buy a one of day pass for the footy i want to watch. How do i speak to someone? i cant cancel or dispute a payment that my account does not register and i cant cancel with my bank because the reference numbers keep changing as its a subscription not a direct debit per se. I also cant cancel the account because the account doesnt register that i am paying the 21.00GBP so what am i canceling?
have tried using chat online here but for 3 days running none answers. have been on hold for over an hour this morning.
absolutely furious that theres no dorect way to speak to a human. the whole system keeps me going round in circles and meanwhile i am losing 21.00 quid a month with no recourse or way to stop it!
PLEASE HELP

Its not that Now don’t like Firefox; it’s just that using any browser with Now is likely to fill the cache with cruft that will make it misbehave 😢
No doubt next week somebody will hit a brick wall with Now on Chrome, will switch to Firefox, and will then be able to motor serenely on.
