i cancelled my entertainment membership at the start of january at the end of cancelling the message said you can continue to watch until january 29th yet £9.99 was taken from my account on the 30th january i have just check my membership and it said still active i have cancelled again it said you can continue watching until febuary 29th lets hope the message has been recieved this time.

Press the little v above Cancel Membership, on the Membership in question. If it shows ‘Your next payment is (an amount) and Due on (a date), you still haven’t cancelled.

@bigman the exact same thing has happened to me I cancelled 3 January and I still have the email confirming my cancellation yet today they have taken £9.99 and it’s showing active again fuming! And can you speak to anyone? No because they don’t offer a phone service and the live chat shows an error when you try to use it

They DO offer phone service, it’s for broadband customers only.
As for live chat you should delete your cookies and data or try another browser.
Use live chat by clicking the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down. Make sure to be signed in.
