it seems that if you have started a new subscription even if you cancel you keep getting charged and the now tv bot does not work or let you type. Is there any way to stop this

Did you get email confirmation of the cancellation?

How many memberships do you have and trying to cancel? As each membership must be cancelled separately and this includes boost. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Yeah I actually do from October but I’ve been charged for two months and I
checked if it’s another account but my card is only on this account which
says it’s cancelled but keeps being charged, it seems that many people have
this same issue.

What memberships are we talking here and how much are you getting charged?
Are you saying that ALL memberships are not active on your account? Sorry just want to make sure that every single available membership is not active.

To speak with staff you need to do live chat. Some users might say using the ‘Get help quicker’ bot will take them to live chat eventually but I rather go straight to the source.

Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down for live chat.
