Why are you still charging me for a cancelled memebership????

I  have been told that you can’t accept payment from my account. However I canceled my membership a month ago. On top of that I have currently no money in my bank account so you guys keeping charging me means I am charge an extra £12 from my bank for going over my overdraft l. Since you have done this  three times this is £36 you owe me in bank fees for trying to get money out my account that you are not contactual owed anymore. When will this stop? And will I get any compensation for the fact that you keep charging my card?

You won't get any account or payment issues resolved on here. Saying "you" on here has zero meaning as staff seldom post on the forum. 

On your current account be safe and put a payment PIN on it, that way nothing can be started without your say so.
