NOW say they have credited my account a while ago. However the Bills & Payments page of the account management* shows only payments (debits). Indeed, a FAQ question below is:

To see any payments from before the current calendar month, select View previous payments.
Hence, where can I see the current balance of my account and account detail that includes any credits thus applied?
