My bill was paid on the 23/05/23 so now isn’t due till 23/06/23 but money for the next bill has just been taken from my bank account today 31/05/23 and it was the last bit of money I have. Please can someone help?

Sorry, was meant to put broadband. My bill is usually £17.99 a month but it was £25 on the 23rd and another £25 has been taken today.
