Type of ACCOUNT

I am very dissatisfied with the non acceptance of NOW TV, that anything is incorrect.

The cost of my account nearly doubled and NO explanation has been forth coming, I think that SKY and NOWTV have shifted their operation away from the BRITISH ISLES so they cannot be found.

Question why am I being charged so much, 5 days to sort it then I am OFF.

Cost of NOW for what exactly? You do know they offer TV streaming and broadband packages?
Which do you have? As that is a starting point for us customers to help.

What do you exactly mean non acceptance of NOW?
