Trouble making payment

I've tried to pay my bill online (I have the funds in my account) and it won't let the payment go through. I've tried to call but I have no credit and basically stuck in a dilemma where I can't pay the bill. Can anyone help solve this?

I'm the same, the system for making a payment is absolutely insane. 

 

All I want to do is pay my bill.

Yeah I am talking about my bb bill and that link doesn't really help. 

 

It's 2022, there should be a simple "Pay now" section. 

 

Instead you end up going round in circles and not getting anywhere.

When you call the broadband team is there no way of you paying your bill as I understand it should be possible.

Yeah I can call up and pay over the phone but like I say, it's 2022 and NOW tv doesn't have a quick pay system on their website. It's absolute madness if you really think about it. 

 

Surely, and I might be crazy here, but surely having a pay system on the website would free up the call centre and make things run much smoothly? Or am I missing something here? 

 

btw, my bank card is added to my account but they just don't take the money, they instead wait until my bill is overdue and email me saying that I can pay my bill with 1 click of a button. 

 

And that simply is not true.
