Subscription via BT, log in on Apple devices not working

We have taken out a BT subscription package which includes all Now TV streaming.  Log in no problem on an Android mobile, Firestick, smart TV.  However, in our household we also have five Apple devices, and can't log in on any of them.  Can anyone help?

It's a known problem at NOW end.

Thanks so much @schnapps, I've gone though everything people in your thread have.  Will try DM messaging Now TV on Twitter/X to keep the pressure on.  Good to know it's not just me though.
