I signed up for a 6 month sport subscription offer at £14.99 per month just over a month ago, I've just signed in to watch a football match and my membership seems to have been removed. I just get offered full price deals.
Does anybody have any idea what the issue could be and how it can be resolved? Would like to take advantage of the offer I was originally sold.

Normally I haven’t had any issues getting to live chat.
To ask a dumb question, have you rebooted your device?

I am having the same problem. When I try to use live chat I get to the third tab “your options” but it doesn’t display any options

That said I just had to restart my iPad to get into live chat 😐
