What have you been charged?
Did you take a free trial that included cinema and entertainment at £9.99 each?
As we are only customers like yourself we won't be able to help apart from giving you links to get talking to staff at NOW.

Hello - i also have been double charged on set up fees and although i was told i would receive a refund, this has not happened as yet. Does anyone have an email or link i can get in touch with Now TV broadband?
The online help and contact info is just circular! Thanks for your help!
