You don’t and wont ever speak with staff for account issues on here. See this link for the forum purpose.

It sounds like you have been signed up to sports, cinema, entertainment and boost. However being a customer only it is only an assumption.
What does your account show you?

@gavs82008

Hiya ive sent an email directly to now tv. But yes i was signed up to sports ,cinema , entertainment and boost . But it was all cancelled months ago and all i have left that im signed up to is the cinema for £4.99 per month. Nothing else is active on my account for membership at the moment as i say i cancelled the rest some months ago and they are deactivated on the account. Seems im still being charged though.

When you cancel you need to make sure you get email confirmation. Did you receive this? Otherwise it didn’t fully complete I hate to say.

It is also a possible chance there is another account with the same payment details.

For a faster reply and action you are best to speak with staff as per my first post?

Seems when i switched to Vodaphone 12 months ago that Now broadband continued charging me £46.50 per month for a full year. It's cost me around £558 for a service i thought had been closed and was completely unaware was still active and running. I had switched to Vodaphone and was paying them for my broadband service. Vodaphone and Now broadband both work with open reach and with the one stop switch. So the providers should of been in contact with each other to switch my new service over to Vodaphone and close my old service with now broadband. Both providers are refusing to accept any responsibility as vodaphone tell me they contacted Now broadband and Now broadband tell me they didn't. So im left $558 out of pocket for a service i was unaware was still active and which should of been closed.

Vodaphone, or Vodafone?

I had a few scam emails from an outfit calling themselves vodaphone a while back.

 If you are with Vodafone then what package are you on, and what speeds?

Also did you port your landline number to Vodafone from Now?

These questions are important as if your in FTTP from Vodafone then it's possible to have both services, even more so if your on Vodafone via an altnet such as city fibre.

If you are paying Voadphone spelt with with a ph as in phone and not an f, as in Vodafone,then you may be victim of a scam
