My entertainment pass (discounted due to previous issue) has disappeared today. Looking on my account once realising this, my payments have been failing (quite a few times over more than a month as I haven't been checking my account,) due to an issue with my card.
I have updated my card details, but there is now no upcoming payment date and my pass is not present. My only option seems to be to purchase a new full price pass, but I have until July with my discounted price.
Is there a way I can reactivate my pass at the old price and continue payments now that my card details are updated?
