I have been paying now tv for over a year now twice in a month. I have tried calling but the phone doesn't recognise what department I want ro go to then hangs up. This is not not acceptable. I need help with this as soon as possible

Why - have you checked your account in the my account settings?, if its over a year then why haven't you done anything about it until now surely you spotted this when you checked your bank/credit card statements , you can't blame Now for your own failure to check your bills for over a year.

Your bank must let you. By refusing to action your request they have made themselves, not you, liable for all payments subsequent to the date of your request.
Cann them again, and escalate until you get someone who understands CPAs.
