I don’t want it, no, not unless you are in the market for a big ERP system.

But then I’m just a Now customer, as is pretty much everyone on this Community.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

TV or broadband and what is the issue?

You must be a muppet I can’t be any kind of customer as I could not get registered to be a customer it kept saying try again and again and again i finally found a free phone number and went the old way there very lucky I’m now customer I would think most people of my age would have gone elsewhere at 70 years old to much hassle

As we are ALL customers like you we might have been able to point you in the right direction. However you ignored the question from @RoyB
