Overdue payment alert, but my card is valid, and the overdue amount is confusing

I saw this big red alert in my account (3 Mar 2024):

Please make your overdue payment of £65.00

Call us on 0330 332 3032

However, there are some confusing aspects:

  1. My card is valid, you charged me £6 on 1 Mar 2024, just 2 days ago
  2. I am subscribed to 3 services: Cinema membership at £4.99, Sports membership at £34.99 and Boost at £6. It's unclear why there's an outstanding balance of £65.

I hope to receive a resolution to this issue either through this platform or via email. Thank you.

Also you do not phone NOW in relation to TV streaming, that is handled by live chat. 

Speaking of which you need to speak to staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
AVOID the request a refund chat to bot.

Have you got Now Broadband?

If so, call them on one of :-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2473, 0333 759 4816

which are known to be genuine Now numbers.

0330 332 3032 is very close to the one ending 3050, but:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
