I was about to cancel my subscription to “Sports” in early January but on cancellation was offered a reduced rate of (I recall) £17.99 per month which I took up. I have subsequently been charged £29.99. I raised this on the online chat function and received a complicated explanation which to be honest I did not understand. The helper said he would look into it and get back within 72 hours. This was 5 days ago so it looks like it won’t happen . Has anyone got any suggestions on how I should approach this. It seems that I have been stiffed here so wonder if anyone has had a similar experience ?
