Overcharged for two services and can't contact customer services

I took out a subscription using my phone / TV for the £6.99 a month deal. However, I'm also being charged for the Boost and Cinema options which I didn't take out. I've tried to use the chatbot to sort it out but it doesn't give me any space to fill in my query. I'm going round in circles on the website. Any help or advice?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Details are in that posting I linked to. Do not be sucked in by the Nowbot. If the Chat does not start pretty much straight away, during Chat hours, try a different browser.
