It is absurd that Now give new customers an easy way to sign up, but not existing customers the option to use the same easy mechanism to sign in 😢
Try scrolling down all the way to the bottom of the display of programmes, though, and then across to the far right. There you will find the Account box, which Now have inconveniently placed as absolutely as far away as possible, where you can sign in with your existing membership details.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
