Now tv boost i didnt sign up for

I discovered today that for months now tv boost has been coming out of my account I only have 1 now tv account and it says not active so I’m really not happy

Sounds like a high possibility of a duplicate account. Check this link for other accounts using the same payment details.

When there are no memberships except Boost, because all others have been cancelled, Boost stops on its next payment due date.

So you shouldn’t have been paying for Boost alone for more than a month, maximum, after your last other membership stopped.

When was that?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
