You should get an email around 30 dyas or so before your present contract expires, do you know when that is?

What are you expecting, and what is the timeframe?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

this is a user forum and the users are not psychic and do not have the ability to read your mind .

 have you signed up to a TV package?

Broadband?

Account at the local betting shop?

if you dont say what its for, then you cant expect any help here
