I don’t know if anyone’s able to help me but it would be much appreciated …. I paid for an entertainment package on the now tv app but it keeps asking me to pick a package and pay even though I have had a confirmation email and verified my email address and it says I can now stream but it won’t let me

Have you tried to sign out and back in again on your playback device?
What playback device are you using or tried?
Are you using a VPN or outside the country?
If you are in the UK assuming you are a UK customer and have Mobile internet data, try that has a temporary test to see if there is something blocking your main home Router (IP address on Router either showing unknown or outside the country detected by the NOW service).
