My latest bill

My latest bill has risen from £23.50p (November) to £38.50p (December). Surely I should have received prior notification that my monthly fee was being increased, in order that I could look for an alternative provider.

You aren’t talking to staff and never will for broadband account issues. 

To me it sounds like the end of the 12 month discounted rated. Which is NOT a lifetime discount.

Call the broadband team to renew your contract. Make sure to be signed in to see the number.
