My bill

It says on my payments i paid last month on the 26th but i went onto my bank app n another payment has gone out earlier than usual?! My payment date is usually 26th of each month so dont understand whats going on?! 🤷‍♀️ i want to go on live chat but it keeps taking me to the same page and no option to go to live chat just the bot.... Does anyone else find it confusing trying to get live chat rather than bot? I know in past ive rang up but it cost me a fortune on my mobile, im not at home atm so how else am i going to get in touch? @everyone

Live chat is mainly for TV memberships.

The broadband number is free of charge as it’s not a 0844 etc.
