Money has been taken from my bank account

My bank account has started to have money taken out by Now tv. I haven't had an account for more than 2 years, I'm using my son's account.

I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Use this link to find the account with your payment details if there is somehow a duplicate.
https://help.nowtv.com/article/find-an-account

Just because you haven’t used the account in 2 years doesn’t mean it’s closed. If you don’t want to close it you should put a payment PIN on the account to prevent any future payments taken without your say so.

For any chances of refunds you have to contact staff directly which can be done via live chat by clicking “chat online” within the green box. Don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

Or to save you using live chat and if you also want to close your account, use the email address in the below picture to email support.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

How much money? This can give a clue to what sort of pass has been bought

It may well be a duplicate account, in which case Live Chat can identify it from the code in the description of the Now payment.

But it may be your account from before, in which case:-

From here, look under My Account/Manage Account, first at Memberships to see what has been bought, then at My Devices.

Do you see any that have recently been used?

Does that give you any clues - local devices back in service, maybe a Stick or Now box you disposed of without factory resetting it first?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
