Making a payment

Can anybody guide me in the right direction please i hve been trying almost all day to pay my bill but it says there is an error , I have tried to call but was on hold for a long time and I couldn’t hold any longer due to being at work . TIA

Assuming it’s for broadband, the best way is to do via calling the broadband team.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
