Is there any official support channel just like email or live chat for asking payment issue?

Hi all,

I am going to move my broadband into my new flat this week, but I see that the monthly bill was charged up to £46.  I remember I was saying to renew the contract as that was supposed to end by September.

Just wonder if any official email address or live chat that I could reach out as my spoken English is poor. 🙂
