I’m still paying for a membership which was cancelled the trial period

Hi there,

i am still being charged for a membership which was cancelled during the trial period. Also, there is no membership listed under the “My membership and devices” option in my account. I have desperately looked for a membership but there isn’t one to be cancelled. 
I have watched video tutorial on YouTube and when I tap on “My membership and devices” as recommended, no membership is showing. Listed are only trial offers and memberships to add.
I have tried to contact someone but there is no one to help. It is bad, nightmare really.

can anybody help.

I have been monthly charged for a while, it is shocking.

OK, there are no "trial" services as such, save for Hayu, or short-term offers for Boost for free. The best way to contact NOW TV is to use the green Chat online button near the top of the page here
