I cancelled deleted emails, as I always do

I started cinema trial and didn't use it once cos found nothing to watch. Same as nowtv..I simple haven't watched a thing since I had broadband last over a year ago

I found today I'm being charged and when I went to cancel found out I'm tied into a six month contract for something I will never use

The chat not completely misunderstood and now when I try to use it it won't let me type even though I've started a fresh conversation what do I do?

Trials do not lead to minimum-term agreements. Trials auto renew at their full rate until cancelled. An example, a week's free trial of boost would renew at £6 per month if not cancelled during the trial period. You can, however, cancel boost at any point in time moving forward.

If you are locked into a six-month minimum term, then you accepted an offer of a discounted rate and in return you agreed to subscribe for a minimum term of six months.

I myself accepted one such offer:

You don’t use the ‘Get help quicker’ bot. Use live chat to speak with staff.

Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.
