How to deactivate/delete my NOW TV account?

Hi there. I want to completely deactivate my NOW TV account the same way you could do on Facebook or Instagram. I've been searching for quite some time now to see how I could deactivate/delete my account but I can't seem to figure it out. Could someone help me? Thank you and I hope you have a nice day.

if you don’t mind paying for what is free directly through Now, and doesn’t involve you giving personal details to an unknown third party 😢
