How do I talk to a human regarding my last bill and not a chatbot?

I have a query regarding my last bill and the chatbot just sends me to the community page which doesn't answer my problem.

Is there a way to get to a human as my issue is regarding various discounts that appear to have all changed and are not generic FAQ type issues

Bill for what?

TV is live chat (not the chat bot)

Broadband is call centre

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

My concern is regarding broadband and telephone.

I'll google for call centre numbers

Best not to rely on Google for the number to call. As they might point to a number that is incorrect and chargeable. Whereas the call centre number is free.
