I have a query regarding my last bill and the chatbot just sends me to the community page which doesn't answer my problem.
Is there a way to get to a human as my issue is regarding various discounts that appear to have all changed and are not generic FAQ type issues

Best not to rely on Google for the number to call. As they might point to a number that is incorrect and chargeable. Whereas the call centre number is free.
