I’ve tried to email, there is also no number to call either for this topic. To confirm, I really do not want to close my account. I want to keep my account open.
my credit card was recently replaced. I received an email from you saying that the payment didn’t go through and that I would have one month to update my details. I’ve updated them this week but the payment still hasn’t come out.
Can you please let me know a) if you have my new account details and b) when you will process the payment?
I would rather speak with someone about this than discuss in a public form but it seems there is no other option on your website.

Welcome to the fourm, which is primarily used by other customers. You won't get any account/payment issues resolved. This HAS to be done directly through NOW via Live chat for TV or phone call for broadband.
So can you elaborate which which of service you are referring to with NOW?
