Firstly go into your online NOW account and add a Payment Pin to it to avoid this happening again.
Then jump over to NOW live chat by clicking on the green chat online button box towards the top of this link page below and explain to them what's happened and ask for a refund.
Don't click on the green get help quicker pop up button towards the bottom of the link page which is just an auto bot.
