Have you taken out a new Membership or deal offer recently?
Where NOW tends to offer either a 7 days Boost trial or one month Boost free with the deal offer and you either have to remove it in the checkout basket section when you purchased a NOW offer or cancel it before the date the full price of the Boost Membership kicks in.
Go into your online NOW account and cancel it if you don't want it or see if you are interested in Boost cancel the Boost Membership for a possible discount retention offer to keep it.
Also you have to contact live chat if you are seeking a refund for the unwanted Boost Membership.
