Entertainment

Hello all

So something odd happend to me I don't no if it as happend to anyone else .

So I was watching something on now TV and out of no where my Entertainment

As gone . Meaning I didn't remove the entertainment package . I was just sat here watching TV and it gone . What is going on with now TV ?

Did you cancel Entertainment about a month ago, and forgot, and it’s just run out?

But like @gavs82008, we need to know exactly what happened. Did the internet stop? Did the TV stop? Were you watching Entertainment at the time? How did it stop? What did the screen show?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
If you take an offer that comes with a ‘free trial’ of Boost or another Membership, Cancel them straight away. You will still get the full duration of the trial, and if you decide you do want to continue with one or another of the trial products, just revisit the Cancel, and UnCancel it.
