EE TV package

ive purchased EE TV and got full works package which included NOWTV Entertainment, Sports and Cinema package. however, i dont seem to have any of those packages on my account yet. i was previously a NOW customer and had a previous account. what is the issue?

Did you get any activation email from EE and did you follow the instructions?

This is an EE problem for EE To solve, not Now.

The link that @schnapps has given you should be your first port of call, but if you don’t get any sense out of them, try posting on:-

Don’t worry if you have the Apple TV box with EE TV on it, rather than the YouView Pro box, you will get competent help either way. Unlike the Now Community which is purely customer-to-customer, on the EE TV Community the expert customer helpers are backed up by knowledgeable BT/EE staffers who can monitor things centrally, something Now could usefully emulate here.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
