New account for what?

if you have signed up to Now Broadband/internet then all you get is the router

If a TV package, then you need to source your own equipment to watch it on

What have you signed up to?

what package?

if internet then what package were you on previously in the property and from what supplier ( ie BT/Talk talk et)

To echo what @chilli2 is asking. Account for what?

If its broadband, NOW give you the router nothing else.

If it’s TV streaming, then you need to get a supported device yourself from this link.
