Device limit

I have changed my password yet I still cannot watch live tv as it’s saying there’s a device limit yet I’m the only 1 using it

Why did you change your password? 

Doing that and logging out of devices will just waste your time and get you no further to watching on another device.

Speaking of which you haven’t said which device you are using.

To switch between devices or stop and start on a laptop/mac, you need to do a clean exit of the stream. By hitting back until you get to the homepage.

Have we established that the device in question here is a computer? I don’t think we have.

But if it is, then I don’t think that hitting ‘back’ on a browser will have the desired effect.

There is an X top left on the screen showing the stream you are watching. If you can’t see it because you are in full screen, moving the mouse will make it appear.

Clicking that X Is known to work as an immediate stream exit.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
