How do I get to speak to a human being about why my monthly charge has increased, and I have had NO notification in charge increasing

Is this for broadband or the streaming TV service?

If broadband, your 12 months discount has probably ended.

NOW offer broadband and TV, which are handled VERY differently. As @Jayach says what are you referring to?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

@MarkCornwallif you reply to some of the humans posting on here, who are not Now Employees but customers like you - giving up their own time then you may get a reply as to the possibilities of why the price has gone up
