Cool off period

I didn't realise I was getting now Tv via EE.

 I signed up today and have cancelled within the hour. Please can I have a refund as I'm well within the cool down period?

You need to speak direct with EE about that as they will be billing you. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

@gavs82008Thank you.  I think I've confused things. My husband has a package with EE including Now Tv. I didn't realise so signed up directly with Now tv today. I'm trying to cancel in the cool down period otherwise we'll be paying twice. I can't get to talk to anyone directly. It's so frustrating 😫
