Chat Bot for refunds not working

The chat bot text box is not working and I am trying to cancel and request a refund - very convinient timing for that!! Not other way for me to contact them because the bot isn't working!

You manage the memberships yourself, it will also depend where you took the membership out too. See this link.

As for speaking with staff. You need Live Chat, what you're getting is the 'Get help Quicker' which is the bot. Make sure you're signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

When you cancel, whatever you are cancelling keeps running until the next renewal date and only then stops.

Accordingly, you get your money'sworth, and no refund is due.

Accordingly, if you want to request a refund, you need another reason for this.
