Charged for NOWTV Cinema without signing up

Hey all,

I just received an email from NOWTV telling me that I had ordered the cinema membership. However, I didn't place this order and after double checking the account I actually hadn't logged in since Feb 2nd.

Is there a way of cancelling and receiving a refund on this?

Did you take the entertainment offer on this part of the site?

If yes then you definitely took up the 7 day free trial of boost and cinema which is then £6 and £9.99 unless cancelled. This is clearly stated in the offer and the T&C.

For any chance of a refund you need to speak with staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
