Charged but Sports Membership not Added to Account


I recently tried to add the sports package to my Now TV, was charged £25 but the membership wasn’t added - just keep getting an error on the account page.


How do you contact support? Their chat bit just goes round in circles and it appears there is no way to talk to a person?!!!

When you go to payments in your account does it show the £25 for your sports?

Check this link invade another account has accidentally been created.

Thanks. I decided to purchase the sports membership again and briefly had two £25 charges. One now says failed and was just refunded and the other is now working.

I suspect this has something to do with email vs username as when I signed up years ago I used a username, now it asks for email address but I still sign in with a username. 

All resolved now thanks, though I think the chat bot is a really poor and frustrating user experience as it’s impossible to find a path to human support.



It’s not impossible, it’s just hard.

To avoid the NowBot, never choose ‘Get Help Quickly’.
