Charged Twice for NowTV Cinema Pass

Hello,

 

I have 2 NowTV passes (streaming stick not broadband) NowTV Cinema Pass and NowTV Entertainment Pass. 

The issue is with the NowTV Cinema Pass.

 

On my Account and Previous Billing statement I have already paid for this pass on 17th December 2020 (confirmed). Yet NowTV is saying I still owe £11.99 for this same pass from 20th December 2020.

 

Why am I being double charged days apart?

How can this be resolved? The pass is still working today on 29/12/2020.

Get in touch with your bank, they put a block on the account, but if you continue to use NOW TV you will need to create another account to activate it again, I wont be using them again, I think this company are stealing big time and getting away with it, no help on how to cancel your details not just your pass, but your details and your card details, its illegal for them to keep them!!

There are 3 methods of getting in touch with Now TV. What I would do in the first instance is use this link to make sure you only have the 1 account with your payment details.

First is Live chat.

Just make sure to click "chat online" within the green box

 

Second is filling out a complaints form.

Third, is to send an email to the address in the below picture.

I have put in my correct details three times into Account Finder and each time result is “Something Went Wrong”.

My iPhone safari works just fine with the link. Hopefully you can get it sorted!

I had Sports membership for a few months and then I cancelled it. However NowTV went ahead and started charging for entertainment package without my approval. Lost a lot of trust.
