I received an email today to say I had cancelled my sports membership but I have not done so. I have checked my bank and no payment has been attempted or declined.
It now means I have lost out on the price I was paying as part of an offer and need to renew at full price.
Any suggestions?

Some weird stuff going on for sure @Simon-J do you know anything like this? As another thread has reported something very similar
