Cancelled membership paypal.

So I did a payment subscrition on paypal and then cancelled it, but I keep getting a notice for the boost even though I cancelled it. It keeps saying no payment taking, and I confirm I have cancelled it on paypal. But it does not show on my Now account. Can you check to see if I have cancelled it and should I just leave it and it will stop sending me notices.

If you have cancelled on My Account then you should not be receiving reminders for payment. Did you set up NOW TV directly with them, or via a third party? In any event, contact the support team for help in the first instance, click here and then on the green Chat online button near the top of the page.

We are all customers like you here. So you’ll need to do the checking yourself.

Did you get an email confirmation about the cancellation? As it’s a lengthy process and if you didn’t get email confirmation then it’s unlikely to have went through.

Contact staff using the method provided by @redchiz1 then put a payment PIN on your account to be sure it won’t start without your say so.
